Where we collect it from

Mostly through our website, but sometimes you’ll message us directly on Instagram or Facebook to place an order — in that case, the same details apply and we handle them exactly the same way.

Why we collect it

• Your name, email, phone and address help us process and deliver your order to the right place

• Your dietary requirements and allergy info help us bake safely for you, and mean we can reach out if we ever spot something that might affect an order of yours

• Your email lets us keep you in the loop with new bakes, offers and cakey news — but only if you’ve told us you’d like that

Your consent matters to us

We only use your dietary/allergy information with your permission, because we know this is personal

We only send marketing emails if you’ve opted in, and you’re free to unsubscribe whenever you like — no hard feelings

How long we keep things

We hold onto your order details for as long as we need to fulfil your order and meet our legal/accounting requirements, then it’s deleted. Marketing details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
