Us is really just me!

I am a self taught baker, passionate about quality ingredients and food as an experience.

I have a very busy, creative mind and love to experiment in the kitchen so keep your eyes peeled for new and exciting creations. I understand that we all have our loyal favourites and so these will always be available too.

I strive to use whole food ingredients where feasible, the bakes I create are handcrafted, premium labours of love. All caramels, nut butters, fudge, jams, curds, ganache spreads, pralines are made by me, from scratch. That’s just how we do things here…proper.
