Where is the shed based and what are the opening hours?
We are based in Northamptonshire - Cherry Tree Lane, Harpole. NN7 4GY.

How do you manage allergens?

Do you cater to vegan/gluten free/Halal/Kosher diets?
All products are baked within a domestic kitchen where all allergens and ingredients are handled. This means that there may be cross contamination despite a thorough protocol. For this reason, we cannot cater to such diets, we do offer some bakes using ingredients that .
At this time, the vanilla extract which is used in most bakes is not Halal; we are working on in-house vanilla but this can take some time.
When will I receive my bakes?
We ask that you order at least a week in advance but in busy periods, orders could take up to two weeks to process. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer celebration cakes/bakes?
At this time, we can supply brownie stacks, cookie stacks or any other traybake stack with personalised toppers. We also supply 8inch personalised, iced cookies.
Additionally, we can provide the sweet treats for your celebrations. Please use the contact form to discuss further.

Can I collect?
Absolutely, collections are welcomed. Simply choose collection at checkout and your date and time slot will be emailed to you.
What are your terms?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. For bespoke orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance payable on collection; this deposit it not refundable.
We understand that things come up and so we are happy to wait up to 30 minutes beyond a planned collection time. If you are later than this, we may need to reschedule your collection but will always do our best to accommodate. Should we receive no contact from you within 2 hours of a missed collection slot, we reserve the right to cancel your order, without providing a refund or the product, in order to recuperate our costs.
Once an order is paid for, changes cannot be made but please feel free to get in touch and we will try to advise/reassure.
All orders are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your bakes, please contact us immediately so that we can put this right. In order to do this, we will require the affected products to be returned for further investigation. Should you choose to send photos of the issues, we do not accept AI edited or generated images. Any refund is made at our discretion and will require the bake to be returned.
One thing we cannot control is the weather! If we know that we are due to experience weather not compatible with postal bakes, we may pause your order until we can be more sure they will arrive safely.
Customers are responsible for checking their bakes on collection. Once collected, responsibility for storage, transport and handling passes to the customer. If you have a cake disaster, please reach out and we will try to support where possible. No refunds can be offered after collection due to accidents.
We regret that we cannot provide an allergen free environment; customers with allergies or dietary requirements must ensure they have considered the allergy policy prior to handling or consuming products. Full ingredients lists will be provided for orders which are not being collected. Collection customers are also free to request this.
We are proud of what we do and wish to reserve the right to photograph and publish our work unless expressly requested not to.
Feeling impulsive? Not to worry, you may cancel your order within one hour of placing it if required, cancellation requests must be made in writing through the contact form or directly to our email address at ctcakery@gmail.com and you will receive a full refund.
